The text is free to copy and use.
Copy and paste the sample text to somewhere you can edit it such as Microsoft Word or an e-mail.

If you have time its is ideal if the sample letter template you use is personalised and customised so that it is more heartfelt and tailored to you and also acknowledges some of the chievements of your MP in order to foster a more two way dialogue.
Obviously you can write your own letter completely from scratch if preferred, or 'cherry pick' from other sources of your choice and integrate them into the text.
However, its much more important to send something basic and slightlky generic than nothing at all so if unsure or short of time use:
Copy and paste the sample text to somewhere you can edit it such as Microsoft Word or an e-mail.
To copy text on a mobile phone, hold your finger anywhere on the text you wish to copy, drag the handles that appear to include all the text required, tap 'copy' from the menu that appears. To paste, hold your finger where you want the text and tap 'paste' from the menu that appears.
